Terms of use
TermSure is free to use. These terms explain what you can rely on it for.

Who we are
TermSure is run by Navanto Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 17073806), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. By using TermSure, you agree to these terms.
Where the dates come from
We read each school's term dates from its own website, or from its council's when the school follows the council by law. Software reads them and checks every date, and each page links to where the dates came from. But schools change their dates, publish mistakes, and sometimes leave last year's dates up, so the dates on TermSure can be wrong or out of date. Your school's own dates are the ones that count.
Check with your school before you book a holiday, travel or childcare, or before you ask for time off school. Calendars you subscribe to from TermSure come with the same warning.
Our liability
We provide TermSure free and as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from relying on its dates, such as a holiday you can't change or a fine for time off school. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't let us, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
A wrong date
If you spot a wrong date, email support@navanto.co.uk with the school's name, and we'll check it. Schools can write to us at the same address to correct their dates or to ask us not to show them.TermSureBot explains how we read school websites, and how to stop it.
Using TermSure
You're welcome to link to any page and to share it. Please don't copy the site wholesale or crawl it hard enough to slow it down for others: we block anyone who sends too many requests.
The list of schools comes from Get Information about Schools, and bank holidays from GOV.UK. Both contain public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
Privacy
Our privacy notice explains what we record when you visit.
Changes and law
When we change these terms, the date at the top changes too. The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms, and the courts of England and Wales can settle any dispute about them. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your own courts.
